Following a company-wide reorganization, Sealed Air dissolved its global marketing structure, shifting all marketing responsibilities to regional teams. While this empowered local markets, it also led to inconsistencies in strategy, messaging, and execution. A unified, actionable approach was needed to realign efforts across all regions.

Solution

We partnered with a third-party agency to audit our global social media channels, gaining insight into our audience and identifying which content types resonated most. From this, we developed a comprehensive Social Media Playbook—outlining clear content strategies, posting frequencies, and tagging best practices to improve consistency, engagement, and analytics across all regions.
